🔬🌟 Let's take a part in a hybrid media panel "Do you trust science?", organized by Research Council of Lithuania in collaboratorian with Nature Research Centre and Etikos tarnyba. This panel is intended to contribute to the research on trust in science and is part of the Inspiring and Anchoring Trust in Science -IANUS Project, which aims to strengthen trust in science, research and innovation at a systemic level by promoting participation in research as a creative and inclusive process, taking into account the values, concerns and needs of society. 💡 On 19 August 2024, the Deutsche UNESCO-Kommission launched its position paper “Equitable scientific co-operation worldwide”. It states that scientific co-operation between partners from low- and middle-income countries (LICs and MICs) on the one hand and high-income countries (HICs) on the other should be on an equal footing. In #TheCurrentColumn, Merlin Flaig and Detlef Müller-Mahn, are of the opinion that equitable co-operation is not yet commonly applied in research and funding practice and must therefore be implemented more broadly and systematically.   https://lnkd.in/ehqf68H3

My latest article, “The Influence of Socio-Political and Cultural Contexts of Digital Media on Sustainable Development in Nigeria," is gaining traction on ResearchGate!
