What does true collaboration look like in an organization? No single leader can execute a program, project, or event on their own. It takes a collective effort. Saturday night’s JA Uncorked event was the perfect example of the collaborative culture we’ve built at Junior Achievement of South Florida . All the departments of our organization—Operations, Programs, and Development—came together to make it a success. For an organization to thrive, it cannot operate in silos. Success comes when we operate in a cross-functional environment where teams engage, support, encourage, and celebrate with one another.
