Here's a positioning exercise for you: Replace the word "agency" with "restaurant". What I notice is that the word "agency" is often used as a placeholder for the deeper work of real positioning. A way to say "we are more than a studio" without actually planting the flag of a focused marketplace position. When you replace "agency" with "restaurant", you start to see that these words only carry known assumptions about YOUR category. They don't express expertise in your ideal customer's needs. Imagine, if you will, a restaurant that offers "food". Who would not already expect that? It's understood. Figure out exactly what your customer is hungry for.
