We waste so much time in pointless discussions during meetings. In 2024 I will be firmer about managing and attending meetings. 1.Similar to the post below, the first thing I will ask myself is if we need to have a meeting to get the message across?; 2.Second,have time bound agenda items; 3.For each agenda item do we want to have a discussion or make a decision? What is your method for managing meetings?
