And what complaint you are talking about here after two months of regular follow up (which your esteemed bank failed to provide) yesterday i received an e mail by this white collar scamming institution that out of 12 fraudulent transactions which happened from my bank account of also which i did not get any text messages. You have just rejected the major 3 of them on what grounds I have no idea. Imagine the desperation of the customer that he has to take it to social media for his own money and to that a senior member of this white collar scamming institution just said stop being a cry baby about it. Are you for real ??? It's your responsibility to keep my money safe and rather not protect the scammers. I will not stop till the time I will get my money back , that money was for me for my underlying respiratory issues and here you are saying stop venting ??? The most pathetic service. The customer care knows only to escalate and never come up with a resolution. I've been waiting decades to hear from them regarding an issue. For everything you guys have the most pathetic process. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are least bothered about retention.
More than 2month now , jupiter still has no idea where did my money go . Now the want me to discuss with the other bank which is Jana Small Finance Bank , if I had to do all of it why do you take charges from me ? What a shitty bank Jupiter is , this is a perfect example of a failed neo banking system
