Now mankind does not have to wonder why women in 19th century England started their marches which grew into the FEMINIST movement. Women’s innate will is “to control your husband”. Yes, our youth dying of drug overdoses, the homeless living under bridges, and violence and chaos across America all have their roots in the Women’s Liberation Movement. This is no longer a movement for citizens’ rights for women but women wanting freedom from their duties of being wives and mothers. Here is a topic for discussion at your next online chat or in your church basement. (For further insight on the behaviour of fierce feminists, today, see my article in Further Insights, below.)

Imagine being told your body wasn’t allowed to move—not because of science, but because of fear and hate. In 1967, Katherine Switzer became the first woman to officially run the Boston Marathon, defying rules that said women were “too weak” to compete. Men physically attacked her mid-race, trying to pull her off the course—not because she couldn’t finish, but because they feared what her strength symbolized. They feared her fighting for her rights. 50 years later, at age 70, Katherine ran it again, wearing the same bib. She proved what those men could not understand: strength and health are human rights, not privileges dictated by gender. For centuries, women have been denied access to exercise and labeled “hysterical” for pursuing autonomy over their bodies. These barriers weren’t based on science, but on sexism—fear disguised as biology. And when women are held back, society’s health suffers. Movement isn’t just exercise—it’s freedom. It’s about mental well-being, reduced chronic illness, and empowerment. To deny movement is to deny health. Here’s where I challenge men: imagine a world where you were told you couldn’t lift weights or run because of your gender. Imagine being denied the chance to feel strong. That’s the world sexism created for women—and it’s a world we must dismantle. Health and human rights are inseparable. When one person is denied access, we all lose potential, strength, and connection. Katherine’s story reminds us that the fight for equality isn’t over. Every time we empower someone to move, live, and thrive, we move closer to equity. What are you doing to break barriers and lift others on their health journeys? Let’s run this race together. #HealthAdvocacy #HumanRights #EqualityInHealth #KatherineSwitzer #BreakingBarriers

16 Days of Activism.......... 16 Days to open our minds to how we do better when it comes to keeping women safe. 16 Days to reflect on why is it that women and children are less safe in their own homes than they are in the community. 16 Days to remember that we are in the midst of a national crisis, women are being murdered in incidents of gender-based violence at higher rates than ever before. 16 Days to think about how you are going to do better, and be better beyond these 16 days...........

Today's post was scheduled and ready to go on a completely different topic, but my mood changed after last night's debate. I typically steer clear of politics, but last night's debate was a letdown that I can't ignore. It was disheartening to see the debate sidetracked by trivial matters like golf scores, overshadowing urgent issues such as wars, women's rights, childcare for working mothers, and climate change. GOLF SCORES?! The spectacle was a stark reminder of the deep-seated white male privilege that still influences our societal discussions. This event has reignited my dedication to advocating for women's mental health and expanded my fight to encompass women's rights more broadly. The future of our children, especially our daughters, depends on our willingness to challenge the status quo. We can't keep waiting for voices like Kamala Harris to be included—they should be front and center. Ladies, it's time to stand up, push back with all our might, and disrupt this ongoing madness. Let’s harness our collective power and make the change we urgently need. I would love to know your thoughts about last night's debate. Let the healthy discussions begin... #womenrights #womensmentalhealth

This comes from evolution because men were built to kill and provide for their families whereas women were built to be relational and raise their families. To do their job effectively, men had to turn off their empathy and compassion and to do their job effectively, women had to turn up their empathy and compassion. #coupleslearn

Post-Election Message: We are at a point where the cracks in the women’s movement are becoming impossible to overlook. Yet these exposed gaps create an opportunity—to confront setbacks with clarity and to sidestep them on the path to progress. Many systems are still rooted in outdated models that weren’t designed to address the complexities of modern intersectional feminism. How can we achieve empowerment without solidarity? Even as trailblazing “firsts” navigate uncharted territory, they will need more than applause—they will need our mental health support programs to sustain them in these roles. Today we are thinking about reproductive rights, paid family leave, climate change, the wave of ballot measures aimed at protecting our bodies and perhaps we are also thinking of those personal moments when speaking up about unethical behavior came at a cost. It will feel like men can fail, offend, or fall short countless times without being defined by it. For women, every crack shows. Every gap counts. These struggles, both personal and collective, are not separate from our progress. Let setbacks and progress both serve as a blueprint-they are one and the same. There is no beginning or end, only continuation. “History is the fruit of power, but power itself is never so transparent that its analysis becomes superfluous. The ultimate mark of power may be its invisibility; the ultimate challenge, the exposition of its roots." - Michel-Ralph Trouillot

"We funded Women's Lib...we couldn't tax half the population before and the second reason was now we get the kids to school at an early age we can indoctrinate the kids how to think, it breaks up their family." Join the live chat with Christina Goerss and I, for Gender Wars Humanity's last stand, a "closer to the heart" deep dive into the engineered war of the sexes by the forces behind the Agenda. We will cover the topics of the weaponization of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), the trad wife narrative, why it is that politicians and bureaucrats can't answer the question of what is a woman, and why families and strong communities matter. The history of Rockerfeller funded feminism, how philanthropy shaped gender politics and the ongoing war of the sexes via affirmative action, DEI, media and social media, funding of male re-education programs, victim narratives and the legal system.
