⏰ Time.. ⏰ – it feels like the biggest scarcity in my life as a start-up co-founder. My days are often consumed by an endless to-do list, all aimed at chasing new successes. But past successes deserve some love too – especially when they’re something you’re proud of, right? After all, at PAWR we’re all about sharing our journey as a start-up going against the standard 🌱 But then the question pops up: is it still worth posting about something that happened months ago? Are people still interested in a post that was relevant a while back? But since I’ve already spent more time on this post than I planned, so I might as well make it count. 3 months ago (yes 3 months.. 😅), at Interzoo, the biggest European pet trade show, I had the chance to giving a talk about the positive impact of vegan dog food with PAWR. And as the carrot on top, we participated in the Fresh Idea Stage Pitch Contest and proudly took home 2nd place! So, who else struggles with this? For years, companies strived to provide the 'Apple Experience'. I would argue Chewy is now the benchmark for client experience. They have turned product into personalization, and taken the rare step of building empathy and compassion into their business model. Imagine your #insurance #Carrier sending a heart-felt note when your home burns down (instead of a cold form letter), or a get-well card when they know you are hospitalized from an #autoaccident . All companies that claim to be service-based could learn a thing or two from understanding and acting based on the motivations of their #customers .
