How does it work? *Legal content in plain language: It uses simplified legal content to make it more understandable for users. *Questionnaires and document analysis: Users answer questions or upload photos of legal documents, such as a Notice to Appear. *Personalized checklist: Based on the information provided, ImmPath AI generates a personalized checklist with next steps in the user's native language. *Reminders: Sends push notifications to remind users of deadlines and important upcoming steps. The main goal of ImmPath AI is to #democratize #access to #justice for millions of immigrants in the United States, ensuring that no migrant has to navigate the immigration system alone, reducing the language barrier, simplifying complex information and increasing access to justice.ncreases access to justice. Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm published its newest white paper earlier this month. In the paper, Managing Partner Hannah F. Little discussed recent White House policies around Artificial Intelligence and their impact on immigration. "Artificial Intelligence is evolving at a rapid pace and continues to become an integral part of many aspects of business, scientific and technological advances," Little writes. "As such, the Biden administration has made clear it recognizes the importance of the AI and STEM fields and that it considers advancements in those industries a vital matter for U.S. national security and maintaining the nation’s competitiveness." Little added: "Under Biden, the White House appears to have made a concerted effort to attract the top talent in the AI and STEM fields by streamlining and modernizing the nonimmigrant and immigrant pathways and processes for foreign national professionals in those industries.
