The project looked specifically at ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Autism Spectrum Disorder, with the aim of helping creative industries embrace neurodiversity and offer practical solutions that could be adopted in the workplace. “We realised that people shouldn’t change,” CEO David Joseph told Music Week at the time. “We needed to create an environment that was inviting to get the best out of all those people. People who change the world are people who think differently.” ADHD affects over 800,000 people in Australia alone, resulting in significant economic costs and well-being losses.
