Great list of habits but I respectfully disagree with replacing cooking at home with takeout. Takeout is quicker but not healthier. So are we prioritizing productivity over health?
No complaining is an underrated mindset. In the end, you'll feel better you didn't complain and so will the people around you.
I’ve struggled with overthinking for a long time. Two things helped me clear my mind. 1. The gym (lifting weights or basketball) 2. Writing. You have to get it all out, get it onto paper, into a notebook, into a digital journal, something. It will help in the long run.
#2 will be difficult to practice as I love to cook. Being a creator is a full-time job 😖 I always have to find ways to create more time for other important things while maximizing what little time I have. Nonetheless, I'll keep pressing on Harsh P. 💖
What about private chefs Harsh? I need one but can't afford one :')
The key to success is focusing on what you can control. Double down your effort here and ditch the blaming. Great advice Harsh.
I choose 'excercise' over social media anyday. I'm very intentional with what I consume. It has helped me a ton to shape a lot of things for the better once I was able to do this.
Bunch of good ideas here. People will benefit a lot from acting on them.
It is mindblowing how much time you have when you stop scrolling.
