We live it out each and every day as we navigate the demands of growing a network, product, and team that we are extremely proud of. We see it in our Client Solutions team helping each other find the best experts with the quickest turnaround. We see it in our Product & Engineering team seeking to make our users' lives easier through constant platform improvements. We see it in the eagerness of our advisors to share their knowledge for the benefit of others. Today and everyday, Office Hours gives thanks to everyone who has been part of our journey.

🥶 Happy Wednesday! 🥶 The day is off to a frosty start here in Oregon City, Oregon, with a chilly 27 degrees on my commute this morning—definitely too cold for me! But I’m excited to dive into a packed day full of productivity, collaboration, and growth. Today’s schedule is bustling with back-to-back meetings, both in and out of the office. Among the priorities: ✨ Tackling issues with a client’s fleet of radios from a previous vendor of about 400 radios. My hunch? The code plug needs a rework, and our technical team will be pivotal in identifying and implementing a solution. ✨ Reviewing Radio ID Allocation, which ensures each radio in a large fleet has the right features activated. Customizing solutions for each client is key to effective communication! ✨ Visiting a few school districts eager to unify their communications by consolidating vendors and optimizing their radio systems. Beyond the work, I’m also growing something else in the office—my plant collection! My latest addition? A gorgeous Golden Pothos I snagged during a Black Friday sale. It now sits in its perfect pot, brightening up the office and bringing a little more life to my workspace. Work hard, plant harder, right? 🌱 Here’s to embracing these foggy, freezing days as we inch closer to Christmas! Office vibes matter… Visited a friend at her new company today, and WOW—she was absolutely glowing. ✨ The energy she radiated was contagious, and the vibe of her new office? A breath of fresh air (and honestly, exactly what I needed today). I’ve known her for years. She wasn’t unhappy at her old place, but man, she was being followed by a grey cloud in that environment. She was doing work she was amazing at—what she loves—but it felt like she was carrying a weight she couldn’t shake. Now I see that no one there can punch through the dull. Now? She’s in her element, thriving, and what I always knew but never think about hit me—our workspaces truly impact us. Which got me thinking: How’s the vibe at my office? 🤔 Time for some tweaks, team.
