Jane Sawyer, SPHR’s Post

July is National Minority Mental Health Month. It's a time to raise awareness, promote understanding, and shed light on the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds when it comes to mental health. Let’s acknowledge that mental health knows no boundaries and affects people from all walks of life. Together, we can make a difference and break down barriers that hinder access to mental health care; embracing the strength that lies in our diversity and unite to promote mental well-being and healing for all! #MinorityMentalHealthMonth #InclusionMatters #MentalHealthMatters #July2023

I also miss you Jane ~ such an important topic as someone with close ties to someone with mental illness. It’s healthy to allow this topic to be openly spoken about without stigmatization. God bless you Jane.
