Friedman Williams recently turned 21, but it’s our employees who make it flourish. And I always wonder…am I doing enough for them? For me, it’s not “my way or the highway” - there’s a collaborative aspect to every day. You know what they say: there’s no ‘I’ in team! I always like to keep on top of what matters to my employees: - Learning their priorities inside and outside of work - Inviting regular feedback sessions, anonymously if needed - Flexible work patterns to ensure their potential is maximized in their own way - Development of programs to help with continuous learning and value-add It’s these things that show my employees that yes, I want Friedman Williams to succeed. But to be able to achieve that, THEY need to be the priority. So, am I doing enough? I’m curious…what other ways do you ensure your teams feel valued?
