Performance and characteristics of smelting type composite deoxidizer products: 1. Independent deoxidation is fast and fast. The composite deoxidizer is added to the molten steel in a certain proportion, which can quickly form active and stable white slag. There is no need to add other deoxidizing alloys to meet the final deoxidation requirements; 2. Improve alloy yield, adsorb inclusions, and purify molten steel. Because the composite deoxidizer deoxidizes quickly and reduces alloy powder, it not only has excellent deoxidation and desulfurization functions, but also can spheroidize the oxide inclusions and stably adsorb them in the slag, which serves the metallurgical purpose of purifying molten steel; 3. It is applicable to a wide range of steel types, the dosage is small, and the slag viscosity is small, making it easy to pour slag. Martensitic A term that refers to a type of hard metallurgical structure (martensite) normally found in some 400 series SS. Heat treatment or welding followed by rapid cooling can sometimes produce this or a similar hard metallurgical structure in carbon and low-alloy steels.
