💡 Reflecting on the inspirational sessions at the Birmingham Design Festival Last week, Silver’s Design Team attended #BirminghamDesignFestival2024 - a celebration of the local, national, and international design industry. With over 100 events across three days, the team has come away inspired with lots of new ways of thinking. Here are some of their key takeaways: 🤖 Adapt to new technologies - the design world is changing and you must stay current. 🤘 Be brave - disrupt and don’t be afraid to create change. ✏ Create, test, iterate – crafting creativity is an ongoing process. 🔑 Collaboration is the key to success - with colleagues and clients. 👩💻 Challenge yourself – it's ok to make mistakes, but learn from them.
