In the wake of the devastation caused by Hurricane Beryl, the importance of robust emergency centers in the Gulf Coast states has never been clearer. We are proud to be part of the team developing a critical new Emergency Operations Center in Dallas. This design-build project involves the construction of a single-story, 36,900-square-foot structural concrete building. One-third of this facility will consist of a 16,000-square-foot hardened secure area dedicated to emergency operations. Additionally, a 9,000-square-foot warehouse space will include seven vehicle bays and a service mezzanine, providing essential support for emergency response activities. In our role of providing construction project management services, we’re working closely with Dallas County on scheduling, safety, and budgeting to guarantee the success of this essential project. We’re working alongside great partners KAI Enterprises, Kaizen Development Partners, LLC, and Azteca-Omega Group, LLC to deliver an innovative and safe building that will serve every Dallas resident, present and future.
