Participants dove into the game expecting a fun break, but they came away with something more—an experience that made them rethink how they make decisions and work as a team. Here’s what they discovered: 1️⃣ Resourcefulness in Action – Without forecasts or perfect plans, players had to use what they had, learning to adapt and make the best decisions with limited resources. It’s a powerful lesson they could feel and apply instantly. 2️⃣ Team-Driven Success – Every decision impacted the entire team, creating an environment where collaboration wasn’t just encouraged—it was essential. Participants found themselves naturally stepping into shared responsibility and thinking as a team. 3️⃣ Safe Space for Learning – The game allowed for quick, low-stakes failure, where players could see the impact of their choices, reflect, and adapt. The Advisory Board is making a difference. So far, we’ve held two meetings, and the results are clear: - Advisory Board #1: The Game Producer course was launched. - Advisory Board #2: Business intelligence elements are being integrated into our curriculum.
