"Men Lie , Women Lie , Numbers Don't". The below chart is showing our growth at Marn | مرن in Net revenue (MRR) which was exponantialy shaped as you can see and more than 427% growth was acheived in less than two years . How we made it ? here are some lessons we learned through out our journey so far: 1-We might had tolerance in anything except hiring: focusing on the best energtic ,ambitious and super reseliant talents was a keystone in maintaining the momentum and having the winning spirit all around the place 🚀 ✨ . 2-Laser Focus :we kept it simple, If you asked anyone of the team what is our goal , i beleive he/she will answer you with a clear number ⛳ . 3-Appreciation: we kept that as a habit to maintain a root-behavior in our culture to keep things rolling at the right path 🙏 . 4-Think Big , Act small. that was our code ! Looking for another marvelous year with our superpowered team ! 🏒

Having handled internal as well as external communications through a number of multi-billion dollar M&A deals, I’m always interested in the impact that mega deals such as this potential Kellanova-Mars tie-up can have on employees. While clearly there are always synergies in any deal, an acquisition by Mars could turn out to be the best possible outcome for Kellanova staff. After all, the two companies don’t have huge crossover in brands so there’s little need for layoffs beyond corporate, and reverting to being a privately held business will give everyone long-term certainty as part of a much bigger entity that has ambitions of further expansion. Expect the comms teams of both enterprises to move into a full-court press on the benefits of the deal. M&Ms and Pringles all round…
