Now for some #Fridayfun! 🎉 A big thank you to The Big Smoke Events Company for hosting our team building event - 'Scavenger Hunt' last week in London. It was a race against the clock as our team of 'Kaizeners' pushed themselves to the limit snapping photos and recreating the famous Beatles Abbey Road shot, featuring in-action videos pretending to be James Bond 007, striking their best superhero pose, and solving clues along the way. These were just a few of the 30 challenges that got the teams excited, engaged and unleashed their competitive spirit. The fastest team to the finishing line was deemed the scavenger champion! An awards ceremony followed crowning the winners. #corporateevents #kaizen #regulatoryreporting

The Kaizen team enjoyed chatting to many familiar and new faces at the ISDA/The Investment Association Transaction Reporting Evolution conference today. Tim Hartley chaired the 'EMIR Refit - Lessons Learnt from the EU Transition and UK Next Steps' panel. Tim noted that "Firms should already be testing their data and should not leave it to the last minute which will only result in a reduced testing window to highlight any issues. It’s important to test all the derivative types you trade in addition to testing lifecycle events as the regulators will most likely be monitoring the testing progress."
