Excited to Share My Internship Experience at Adhyayan Quality Education Services!
I’m excited to share about my 1 week long internship at Adhyayan Asia! This opportunity gave me a front-row seat to understanding how schools can improve and deliver quality education.
Here’s a little bit about what I learned:
Shadowing an Expert: One of the best parts was shadowing Mr. Pritesh Chheda. His guidance and expertise taught me so much about the field and showed me the importance of dedication and precision in this work.
School Reviews: I got hands-on experience in evaluating schools to help them understand their strengths and areas for growth. It’s incredible to see how detailed reviews can make a big difference in the quality of education.
Policy Insights: Diving into the world of educational policies was eye-opening. I learned how these policies shape the way schools operate and ensure every student gets a quality education.
Legal Aspects: Understanding the legal side of education was fascinating. It’s crucial to know the rules and regulations that help maintain high standards in schools.
Personal Growth: This experience wasn’t just about learning technical skills; it also helped me grow personally. I learned the value of teamwork, attention to detail, and the impact of education on our future.
A huge thank you to the team at Adhyayan Asia for this incredible learning experience. I’m excited to take these insights forward and contribute to improving education quality wherever I go!

I recently came across a LinkedIn post by Dearisa Heditama about unpaid internships, and it really struck a chord with me. In this day and age, the concept of unpaid internships seems not just outdated, but frankly, unethical.
Let's be real: unpaid internships are often just a clever ploy by companies to get free labor. Every journey requires effort and involves risks, especially for young professionals starting their careers. It's high time we recognize the value that interns bring to the table, regardless of their "intern" status.
To all the fresh graduates and students out there: you deserve compensation for your time, skills, and dedication. Even if it's just enough to cover your commute, that's a start. The real treasure of an internship lies in the knowledge and experience you gain – that's what will help you determine your worth in the job market down the line.
And to the companies still clinging to the unpaid internship model: it's time for a reality check. If you can't afford to pay even a modest stipend to your interns, perhaps it's time to reassess your business model.
Unpaid internships are, simply put, inhumane and illogical. Everyone's contributions deserve recognition and compensation, whether they're fresh graduates, final-year students, or anyone in between. Let's build a work culture that values and respects all contributors, regardless of their experience level.
It's time we put an end to this exploitative practice and start treating interns with the respect and dignity they deserve. After all, today's interns are tomorrow's industry leaders.

I have received a certificate from the webinar 'Rahasia Sukses Memulai Karir Melalui Magang', organized by Talenesia on September 25, 2023. This webinar provided insights into how internship programs help plan our careers for the better.

Reimagining an Inclusive Internship Experiences💡
In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious and The Most Merciful. All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all that exists.
On November 3rd, 2023, I had the privilege, through Rakamin Academy, to voice our concerns on internship experiences inclusivity and scalability at the Indonesia Career Center Network Summit 2023.
We collectively agree on the vital role of linking the students, universities and industries, recognizing Kampus Merdeka's internship initiatives poised to facilitate these connections.
However, the initiatives, while well-intentioned, grapples with scalability and inclusivity challenges. The 1:200 applicant-to-position ratio results in a mere 1.5% chance of securing an Kampus Merdeka's internship, raising awareness of these national program limitations.
Truth be told, Kampus Merdeka's internship initiatives exclusively caters only to students from universities under the auspices of The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia (Kemendikbudristek). Despite its empowerment goals, this exclusivity inadvertently widens the gap in access and experiences, impacting national competitiveness for students outside Kemendikbudristek universities to compete in skills and experience with those who are facilitated by Kampus Merdeka's Internship.
Recognizing these limitations, our proposal suggests the virtual approach of Project-Based Internships – a model fostering synergy across universities, industries, companies, and talents as the supplementary alternative solutions.
The essence is to equip students universally with meaningful experiences and robust portfolios, irrespective of their university affiliation. By fostering collaboration and leveraging technology, Project-Based Internships aim to break down exclusivity barriers, ensuring students from all backgrounds actively participate and benefit from internship opportunities.

🙋♀️High school students joined us for an internship!🙋♂️
At HIOKI, we hosted a 5-day internship from January 29 to February 2, 2024, for five students from Nagano-Nihon University High School 😊. This initiative is based on the 'Agreement on Consortium for Learning' signed between HIOKI and the school in January 2023.
During the internship, students engaged in sustainability-themed lectures given by HIOKI employees and had discussions with members of our overseas sales companies. The students also delved deeper into exploratory and creative learning based on themes they had chosen in advance 👍.
Though it was a brief period, it was filled with new discoveries and experiences, and it felt like everyone grew significantly 💙.
The outcomes and recommendations from this internship will be presented at HIOKI's headquarters on March 15, 2024 (Friday) 👀.
We hope this experience becomes a valuable step forward for the students' futures.
