*Is there evidence that exists explaining the origins of where mathematics, agriculture, astronomy, laws, and even human civilizations came from? *Who were the megalithic builders of history and why isn’t that information known by most of society? *I’m joined by researcher and author Billy Carson where we dive deep to discuss the forbidden knowledge of the past, human origins, ancient gods, and the lost civilizations of antiquity. https://lnkd.in/eBUe2hh2

The History of the Natural Logarithm By @TarekSaid I have recently watched a fascinating video that explores the history and development of logarithms. The video describes the invention of logarithms by John Napier in 1614. The narrative begins with the challenges faced by mathematicians and astronomers with the arithmetic operations of large numbers, which were laborious and error-prone. The video explains Napier’s innovative approach to these challenges: he devised a method to transform multiplications into additions, effectively linking an arithmetic progression (AP) to a geometric progression (GP). This subject was researched by @TarekSaid who created this fascinating video. @TarekSaid #Mathematics #Logarithm #NaturalLogarithm #ArithmeticProgression #GeometricProgression https://lnkd.in/gnbwSYzC?

Exploring the Cosmic Tapestry: Terrence Howard's Insights on the Flower of Life and Sacred Geometry In a thought-provoking speech, Terrence Howard delves into the mystical and scientific aspects of the Flower of Life, a sacred geometric pattern found in various cultures around the world. He combines ancient symbolism with modern science to explore the nature of the universe and the connections between all things. Howard suggests that the Flower of Life represents the fundamental building blocks of life and the universe. He proposes that it contains the blueprint for the Platonic solids, which are significant in various fields such as mathematics, physics, and chemistry. These solids are simple, regular, and symmetrical shapes that have been studied for their unique properties and their role in the natural world. He also discusses the concept of "wave conjugations," which he believes are the key to understanding the universe's underlying structure. Howard's ideas are rooted in a deep understanding of geometry, physics, and the interconnectedness of all things. His speech challenges conventional thinking and invites listeners to consider the Flower of Life as a gateway to understanding the universe's mysteries. It is a fascinating fusion of ancient wisdom and modern scientific thought, offering a unique perspective on the nature of reality. Highly recommend this course!
On December 6th 2024 we will run a 1-day short course entitled "Lithium Soft and Hard Rock Deposits: Theory into Exploration Practice." The course will provide an overview of the current theories of surrounding the formation of Volcano-sedimentary Li deposits, Li-pegmatites and Li-granites and how these might translate into exploration. It will be at the Natural History Museum in London so there will be lots of specimens too.

Did You Know? The Ancient Library of Alexandria Was Destroyed in a Devastating Fire. On July 48 BC, a massive fire ravaged the legendary Library of Alexandria, one of the greatest repositories of knowledge in the ancient world. What happened? The library, founded during the Ptolemaic Kingdom, housed over 700,000 volumes, including works on mathematics, astronomy, medicine, and literature. Julius Caesar's forces, during the Siege of Alexandria, accidentally set fire to the library while battling Ptolemy XIII. The aftermath The destruction of the library: - Lost irreplaceable manuscripts, including works by famous ancient Greeks - Set back scientific and cultural advancements for centuries - Marked the beginning of the end of Alexandria's status as a center of learning Interesting fact The library's destruction was so catastrophic that it was considered one of the greatest losses of the ancient world, alongside the destruction of the Tower of Babylon. #AncientHistory #LibraryOfAlexandria #DidYouKnow #HistoryMystery #KnowledgeLost #AncientCivilizations

Beneath the turbulence of river eddies and the vast stillness of space lies a surprising order. This essay explores the universal laws- like the Navier-Stokes equations- that shape the seemingly chaotic patterns we see in nature, revealing how symmetry and structure connect the smallest streams to the grandest cosmic phenomena.
