One of the biggest challenges people face in early career life is #Desire_For_Instant things #Instant_Grades #Instant_Jobs #Instant_Salary_Rise #Instant_Promotions #Instant_big_Machines #Instant........... I mean, they are all important but we must appreciate that we need to start somewhere and rise the ladder without necessarily having to skip some ladder steps or shortening it. But in the process, two things have to be in the play: 1. Learn the secret of #Contentment and live within your means: This one is of great gain 2. Grow in the fruit called Patience! For sure, it pays. It is the only medicine to the #Instant_Syndrome #Positivity #Career_Life_Is_Like_A_LADDER- one step at a time, slowly until you get to the top.

🎓 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 🌟 After four incredible years, my #PhD journey has come to an end. This period has been transformative in ways that are hard to capture in a single post. Moving abroad as an #expat, diving deep into #academic #research, navigating global and personal changes—each experience has enriched me profoundly. I owe a huge thank you to my amazing family and exceptional colleagues who have been my pillars of support throughout this journey. Together, we explored a world of #discovery and #wonder, pondering the fundamental questions of existence and the building blocks of our universe. We supported each other through highs and lows, tackling tough problems with collective strength. #Physics has imparted invaluable lessons: - Be humble, but dare greatly. - Hold a vision, but stay realistic. As I prepare to submit my PhD thesis, I’m looking forward to the exciting #CareerOpportunities and new adventures ahead. "Get in with competence or go in to get competent" This is true we are afraid to go in to try because we feel incompetent and never get competent because we never go into trying out And so we loose, opportunites, Gigs, jobs, recommendations and even consideration because we were afraid to try We saw this coming, from five-fifteen years from where we started we know we never began and so we're here still loosing time and never learnt this is it, I will start with a quote on I heard from an Assistant Optometrist I work with..while advising me she said " weather you do it or not ten years, fifteen years will pass" so just do it PS: Being fully active on LINKEDIN is my own Competency without competent process🤭

Have you ever asked yourself the question, "𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐟...?" I'm sure many of us have. I certainly have. After graduating from Medical University, I dreamed of a career in that field. However, after only a year of work experience, I decided to quit. I started to doubt if my education was relevant or if I had chosen the wrong path. Eventually, I decided to stop and think constructively. I asked myself, "How can I apply my knowledge in a new career path?" Surprisingly, I was able to relate and use my knowledge in a completely different field. What I learned from this experience is that no matter how much time you spend on certain activities or what your educational background is, there is always something you can take from that experience and apply to a new chapter in your life. So, if you're feeling lost or unsure about your current career path, take a moment to reflect on what you've learned and how you can apply it to a new opportunity. Were you good at playing guitar when you were a child? Perhaps you were even in a band? Perhaps you studied medicine because your parents told you that a job as a doctor is well-paid and has potential. You finished your studies even though it was a struggle, you got your first job, you got promoted… Now you hate your job and you do not want to do this anymore, but you do not understand why. 🫸🏼Take time for yourself and avoid being busy with anything else. Whether it is a walk in the park, going to a sauna, or the gym... Reflect on what gave you energy when you were younger and what you were good at. Think about things you lost track of when you were doing them and maybe things that you could fix easily while for others it might have been a drama. Start from that. Give yourself some time and see what conclusions you come to. Will it be medicine, or will it be something else? What is it that you loved doing in the past?
