🍏🚨 3 NUTRITION TIPS for a Lean Physique! 🍏 1️. High Protein: Choose high protein consumption, 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight. The best times to eat protein are ANYTIME, but prioritize mornings and after workouts… MAKE SURE you “snack” on protein and fat, not carbs and sugar… animal based protein that is organic, wild, or grass-fed is the best! 2️. Stay Hydrated: Drink at least 3 liters of water daily. This can vary heavily but the best thing to do is always have a water bottle with you (not plastic). Choose to sip on it throughout the day and if you are going to be working out or exercising heavily consider adding in a Real Salt. 3. Eat Good Fat: avoid seed oils and vegetable oils, your hormones depend on it!
