✨ Strategy for launching a new two-wheeler involves a multifaceted strategy at different levels✨ 🛵 corporate level, the focus should be on aligning the new product launch with the overall corporate goals and objectives. This includes assessing how the two-wheeler fits into the company's existing product portfolio, target market, and overall branding strategy. 🏍️ Business level, the strategy should be more focused on how the new two-wheeler will compete in the market. This involves market analysis, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and identifying unique selling propositions that will differentiate the product in the market. The business-level strategy should also include pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies to drive sales and market share. Finally, at the functional level, the strategy will involve detailed planning and implementation of various aspects of the launch. This includes production planning, supply chain management, marketing and advertising campaigns, sales and distribution strategies, and after-sales service support. Each function within the organization needs to work cohesively to ensure a successful launch and long-term success of the new two-wheeler. Focus - Market. The idea that it is "Better to focus on a specific market with an excellent product solution than trying to be present everywhere"- emphasizes the importance of specialization in business strategy. By targeting a niche, companies can tailor their product to meet the unique needs of that market, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and loyalty (Porter, 1980). Attempting to serve all markets often dilutes resources and weakens competitive advantage, whereas focusing on a specific segment allows for deeper expertise and stronger market positioning (Ries & Trout, 2000).
