The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has been instrumental in improving the lives of millions of Americans. It led to the introduction of various accessibility tools in the market. It's crucial to understand that these tools vary in their effectiveness and scope. 💡 Automated tools detect only around 60% of accessibility issues. They can not get the context or more complex scenarios. Scenarios such as navigation, hardcoded values, translations, and endless loops are not properly handled. 💡 Most automated tools don't handle dynamic content or one-page applications. 💡 Some automated tools offer "automatic compliance" that creates risks and liabilities, slows down websites, and misleads the customer. Ensure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. ➡ https://lnkd.in/dAtqx8R3 #ADA #accessibilitytools #digitalinclusion
