What are the characteristics of a great leader? There are certainly many opinions. Yet according to Judd Antin, former head of design at Airbnb (per the Medium Daily Edition), “The best leaders—regardless of seniority or role—are also tireless investigators of the humans around them.” “Great leaders,” adds Antin, “are keen observers, and they translate those observations into action.” Said another way by the Medium Daily Edition, “In uncertain times, the best managers practice situational leadership: They read the room and calibrate their management style appropriately.” #leadership #management
