I love getting insights into how cross-functional teams work effectively. Two takeaways here that were great: 1) Taking the time for a "discovery sprint" that brings together product managers, designers, engineers, and client success managers to become better aligned (all these puzzle pieces are integral to iteration). 2) The importance of implementing client feedback loops to understand needs and pain points consistently to directly inform design decisions.
