The average content marketer spends almost 33 hours per week just creating new content. 🤯 That’s almost 83% of the work week. According to the State of the Content Marketer Report from Casted, content marketers are looking to technology to help them: ✅ Improve their presence online ✅ Make more AI-powered content ✅ Streamline their workflows ✅ Create better video content ✅ Get time back for strategy One way to check off all those boxes? Repurpose your existing content and ideas. On average, a long-form video takes around 6 hours to produce. A social media post, 3.4 hours. That’s a total of nearly 10 hours of work. Or you could produce the long video, then use Repurpose Studio to turn it into three or four social media videos in just a few minutes. And repurposing your content isn’t just about getting back time in your work week (although who doesn’t want extra time?). It’s more effective – and efficient – to remix and reimagine top-performing ideas than mass-producing a bunch of new, unproven content.

Stuck in a content creation rut? You're not alone. Creating fresh, engaging content consistently can sometimes feel like an uphill battle and can take hours out of your day. Have you tried content batching? It isn't just a time-saver; it's a game-changer for those looking to streamline their workflow and enhance content quality. Here's how you can get started: 1. Identify your content pillars: Start by defining 3-5 core themes or topics that resonate with your audience. These pillars will guide all the content you produce, ensuring consistency and relevance. 2. Brainstorm new content ideas: With your pillars in place, brainstorm a list of content ideas for each. Think about blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics that align with these themes. 3. Allocate time to create content: Block out specific times in your schedule dedicated solely to content creation. This could be daily, weekly, or bi-weekly, depending on your capacity and content needs. 4. Schedule your content calendar: Use a tool like CoSchedule or Google Calendar to plot out when and where each piece of content will go live. This visibility helps prevent overlaps and ensures a steady stream of content to your audience. Start small with one week of content at a time and gradually build up as you get comfortable with the process. You'll notice not just better management of time but also a significant improvement in the quality and consistency of your content. Let us know if this system works for you. #ContentMarketing #DigitalMarketing #ProductivityTips #SocialMediaStrategy #MarketingTips #NomadMediaSA #Google #Coschedule

Is this you? 😬 Staring at a blank screen, racking your brain for fresh content ideas? 😵💫 Don't worry; you're not alone. Many business owners face this dilemma regularly. Been there too! Content creation is the cornerstone of modern marketing, but the well of creativity can run dry, leaving you feeling stuck and frustrated. Here's my tips: (Make sure to save this for later! 😉) 📆 Develop a Content Calendar: Plan your content in advance. A calendar helps you stay organized, ensures a diverse range of topics, and minimizes last-minute stress. 👌 As for me, I used Airtable, it's really a great tool to organize your content. If you haven't heard about it, you should try it too! 😉 ✨ Repurpose your content Yep! Don't be afraid to revisit old topics from new angles or update previous content with fresh insights. Repurposing content saves time and keeps your audience engaged. You can even repurpose your videos into a carousel post (vise versa), or if you're creating long form videos or YouTube videos, why not repurpose those into 1 minute videos? 🎥 ❓Answer your audience's questions! Pay attention to comments, questions, and feedback from your audience. Address their pain points, answer their queries, and tailor your content to their interests. Bonus: ✨ Go to google, search your industry or product or any topic, hit enter. Scroll down until you see "People also ask" those are the questions people are asking in your industry. Answer those questions through your content! 👌 Do you any questions? Creating new content every week? You’re doing it wrong. If your content strategy revolves around constantly producing new pieces, you're stuck in an endless cycle that’s draining time, energy, and resources. The truth? You don’t need more content. You need to repurpose what you’ve already created. In fact, 60% of marketers reuse content 2-5 times to get the most out of it. Why? Because repurposing isn’t just efficient—it’s a proven way to boost engagement and increase ROI without constantly reinventing the wheel. Here’s how to make your content work harder for you: 1. Turn one blog into 10 social posts: A well-written blog post can be chopped up into multiple social media posts, each highlighting a different key point or insight. Extend its life across platforms without creating from scratch. 2. Create videos from articles: That popular article you wrote? It can easily become a short video or series of videos, catering to audiences who prefer to watch rather than read. 3. Republish evergreen content: Your best-performing, evergreen content should be republished, refreshed, or promoted again. Don’t let valuable content sit idle just because it’s not new. 4. Develop new angles: Analyze what worked well in a past piece and create spinoffs or deeper dives. Successful content is a goldmine of ideas. 5. Adjust for different platforms: The format that works for LinkedIn won’t necessarily work for Instagram or TikTok. Repurpose content, but make sure to adapt it to fit the platform’s strengths. You don’t need to be on a content hamster wheel. Repurposing allows you to be more strategic, efficient, and effective, getting more mileage from your efforts without sacrificing quality. Stop burning out your team and start repurposing for better results. What’s your favorite way to repurpose content? #ContentMarketing #RepurposingContent #ContentStrategy #MarketingROI #DigitalMarketing

Let's talk about the dos and don'ts of content marketing – because let's face it, we could all use a little guidance in this crazy digital world. 🌟 DO: Provide Value First things first, always provide value to your audience. Whether it's solving a problem, sharing insights, or entertaining them, make sure your content leaves them feeling inspired and empowered. ❌ DON'T: Just Sell, Sell, Sell Say it with me: content marketing is NOT about the hard sell. Nobody likes feeling like they're being bombarded with sales pitches. Focus on building relationships and trust first, and the sales will follow naturally. 📆 DO: Stay Consistent Consistency is key. Set a schedule and stick to it. Whether you're posting once a week or every day, consistency builds trust and keeps your audience coming back for more. 🚫 DON'T: Neglect Your Audience Remember, it's not about you – it's about them. Don't neglect your audience's needs and preferences. Listen to their feedback, engage with their comments, and tailor your content to what resonates with them. 💬 Let's Chat! Whatever field you work in, content creation can feel like a full-time job in of itself. All the more so when you're a one-person biz juggling everything alone. 😓 Doing one big brainstorming sesh for the month can be helpful. Pick a few ideas that are logistically feasible and align with your goals. Map them out, and work through a small weekly batch of content production in one sitting. Take these examples for an e-comm shop owner. He didn't think he had anything interesting to share on social media, but his day-to-day is actually full of potential content ✍🎨 #contentmarketing #contentcreation #smallbiz

Social Media Strategist & Digital Marketet |Build brands by making use of content, strategy and storytelling into their marketing plans to reach their objectives
As a content marketer, I spend a lot of time-consuming content. Recently, I adopted a "stop scrolling" habit that's transformed the way I engage with content. As someone who makes a living via content, I find myself navigating through countless posts, some intriguing and others not so much. Instead of mindlessly liking or saving content, I pause and apply the stop-scrolling method. What is this method: It's a deliberate approach to analyzing captivating content. When a post grabs my attention, I don't just scroll past it. I take a moment to analyze what captured my attention. Was it the hook? The eye-catching visuals? The writing style? The Visuals that make the content stand out. Recently, a post by Hubspot used a powerful statistic to grab attention. By breaking down their approach, I learned how to incorporate impactful data into my corporate job content. This "stop scrolling" method has helped me become a more mindful consumer and a more effective content strategist. As the saying goes, "Steal Like an Artist" – learn from the best and make it your own. Have you ever tried a similar approach? Share your tips in the comments! #contentmarketing #tips #contenttips

Global Marketing Head | 3x LinkedIn Top Voice 💡| Social Media and Digital Expert | Brand Storyteller | MBA | CDMP Certified 🎯
It's all too common: businesses jump into content marketing and swiftly bypass the very heart of what makes it work. 😔 ❌ Rushing to craft copy with fuzzy messages ❌ Chasing shortcuts instead of establishing solid content foundations ❌ Skipping the gold mine of research for content inspiration ❌ Echoing competitors' content styles instead of innovating They're missing about 90% of what makes content marketing a success. The hard truth? There's a skepticism about content's value—it's seen as mere text and images that "anyone" could generate. This skepticism breeds hasty, less-thought-out demands: - "Skip the interviews, plug in the AI." - "I want viral buzz, and I want it now!" - "How many leads are we getting from our latest video?" They overlook the journey but expect a speedy treasure at the end. 🏃💨 Unsurprisingly, the outcomes are less than stellar: - Businesses risk becoming just another face in the crowd - Teams flounder without clear direction - Audiences scratch their heads, puzzled by the message And so the refrain goes: Founder: "Content marketing? Tried it. Doesn't work for us." 🤦 Me: "But have you really given it a chance, covering all three critical layers?" 🧐 1. Strategy is Key: You've got to tap into your audience's problems and desires. It's about WHY they buy and crafting content that speaks to that why. Unpack their purchasing journey for the WHAT in your content. 2. Planning Makes Perfect: Knowing your audience is only the first step. What will resonate? What channels and content types are your tickets to engagement? Remember, think from their perspective: "What do they need to see?" 3. Craft with Care: The magic happens when strategy meets talent. Seek out skilled writers, designers, and video pros. Cherish their expertise—don't reduce their craft to clichés. ————————— To truly rock at content marketing, honor the full journey. 💪 And please, trust your team… you hired them for a reason.. no? #ContentMarketing #StrategyFirst #AudienceUnderstanding #QualityContent #MarketingStrategy #CreativeProcess #Engagement #DigitalMarketing #ContentCreation #ContentIsKing
