We get bombarded with so much negativity. I used to say we needed 3 positive things to balance each negative, but nowadays it's more like 5 to 10! Beautifully said, Karin! The ratio of positive to negative interactions really does seem to need constant adjusting these days. I've found that sprinkling even the smallest positive words or gestures throughout the day can truly transform the atmosphere. Do you have a favorite from this list? My favorite is probably number 10, along with "I appreciate you."
