Fraudulent Job Applications: There are fraudulent job applicants who might be attempting to gain access to sensitive company information or resources through employment. Lack of Digital Footprint: Some individuals may not have a digital presence, though this is increasingly rare in many professional fields. Automated or Scam Applications: Bots or scammers might be submitting fake CVs en masse to gather information, disrupt hiring processes, or for other malicious reasons.

I thought I was the only worried with this escalating and emerging cases of fraud. Most companies wants People with experience only Failing to do background check on them. Even if it's done, HR managers just sweep the results under the carpet. Hiring managers are enticed by someone with 10 years experience and quickly hires them... Only to find they hired the EXPERIENCED FRAUDSTER. Of course there is one company that hired someone who had series of allerged fraud cases from two big companies but the HR from the next company swept that under the carpet. The rest is history what happened to that company too. It is is up to Hiring managers to decide on whether to hire less experienced and train them or continue Hiring experienced thieves. Anyway Most companies don't want to incur training costs that's why they go for Experienced ones.

The guide provides information about nine different types of fraud occurring in the UK.
