🚀 Had a Great Time Watching This Video! 🎉 Zerodha’s 14th anniversary, an insightful AMA featured Nithin Kamath ,Nikhil Kamath ,Kailash Nadh and team answering questions about India's markets, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Here are my crisp takeaways: 📈 Stock Market Insights 3% of Indians are invested in the market, yet their contributions fuel entrepreneurship and wealth creation. India’s retail investor base is now 15-20 crore, with ~10 crore actively trading. High liquidity and historic index multiples reflect growing investor confidence. But the Total addressable market is around 20 CR investors 💵 Economic Shift Ahead Crossing a $5,000 per capita income will trigger exponential discretionary spending, fueling multiple industries. 📚 Financial Literacy: The Zerodha Way Zerodha’s success story is built on transparency ,word of mouth ,no marketing cost( customer acquisition cost is very low or none),and great product. Their belief is "If people like our content, they'll like Zerodha." 🌍 India: A Golden Opportunity India’s demographics and growing markets offer unmatched potential compared to stagnating developed economies. https://lnkd.in/gnvqEuxU #BusinessInsights #ProductivityHacks #LearnFromLeaders #ContinuousImprovement #FinancialAwareness

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 One of the most inspiring stories about #RatanTata involves his commitment to innovation for the greater good, exemplified by the development of the Tata Nano. His #vision for the Nano wasn't just about creating an #affordablecar; it was about providing a safer, more comfortable mode of transportation for #Indian families who were riding on two-wheelers. This idea stemmed from witnessing a family of four riding dangerously on a scooter, braving the rainy weather in Bangalore. This sight moved him to create a vehicle that was affordable enough to be accessible to a larger segment of the population, improving safety and comfort for many. The #TataNano symbolizes not just an automotive innovation but also Ratan Tata’s empathy and commitment to social betterment. 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑸𝒖𝒐𝒕𝒆: "𝑰 𝒅𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔. 𝑰 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕." — 𝑹𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒕𝒂 This quote from Ratan Tata reflects his proactive and determined approach to #leadership—a lesson in making informed choices and steadfastly working to ensure they achieve the desired outcomes. It’s a powerful message to the next generation about the importance of resilience and adaptability in leadership. The clock has stopped ticking—the #titan passes away. #RatanTata was a beacon of integrity, ethical leadership, and philanthropy, imprinting an indelible mark on the world of business and beyond. He will forever soar high in our #memories. Let’s carry forward #RatanTata’s #legacy by embracing his dedication to innovation and his unwavering commitment to societal progress. Honoring Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on His 350th Rajyabhishek Anniversary In our office, we have dedicated a meeting room named "Chhatrapati," symbolizing our commitment to embodying the virtues of resilience, strategy, and innovation that defined Chhatrapati Maharaj's reign. Just as he fearlessly led his forces with unparalleled leadership and foresight, we, too, strive to navigate the complexities of technology with a warrior’s determination. We draw inspiration from his legendary warrior mindset to fuel our own pursuits in the realm of software engineering. How Software Engineers can embody the Shivaji Maharaj's warrior mindset: - Resilience: Facing challenges head-on and transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth and improvement. - Strategy: Planning meticulously and executing with precision, just as Chhatrapati Maharaj did in his military campaigns. - Innovation: Continuously seeking new ways to push the boundaries of what's possible, akin to how Shivaji Maharaj revolutionized warfare with his guerrilla tactics. - Leadership: Inspiring and leading our teams with a vision that drives us towards excellence, much like the inspirational leadership of Shivaji Maharaj. At Vervali Systems, we believe that the spirit of a warrior lives within each of us. By channeling this spirit, we not only honor the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj but also pave the way for groundbreaking advancements in software engineering. Let's celebrate this momentous occasion by committing ourselves to the warrior's path—undaunted, innovative, and ever forward. Jai Bhavani, Jai Shivaji! 🚩 Ps: We havent named these rooms today. This was when we moved in to our new office. Other rooms are name as : Maharana, Bajirao, Manikarnika etc. #ChhatrapatiShivajiMaharaj #Rajyabhishek #WarriorMindset #SoftwareEngineering #Innovation #Leadership #Resilience #Strategy #TechWarriors #OfficeCulture #vervali #vervaliants

✅Why the Tatas remain the well respected brand & household name even after 150 years of existence in India ? 👉🏻We do not claim to more unselfish, more generous or more philanthropic than other people. But we think we started on sound & straitforward business principles, considering the interests of the shareholders our own,and the health and welfare of the employees, the sure foundation of success. Quote by Jamshetji Tata 👉🏻It is this vision that sets Tatas apart from the corporate crowd. No corporate or leadership can sustain without authentic & honest vision documents. (Not on the paper like political election documents) but implementation across levels from Top management to last mile of staff in a genuinely manner is the key. Some of the key points of success for Tatas 👉🏻Authentic Vision for all group of companies 👉🏻Ability to anticipate the change in policies & make necessary changes accordingly. 👉🏻Give free hands to MDs & CEOs in decision making process with checks & balances 👉🏻Keep employees happy by way of ESOPs & other benefits & incentives 👉🏻Think India first & common people across India. 👉🏻Products & Services to classes & for masses also & with excellent quality. 👉🏻The other meaning of ‘T’ alphabet signifies Trust of Tatas which gives greater confidence to many Individuals & Indians & that is why everyone wants to associate with the Tatas Last but not the least Tatas are truly a corporate group which means that Mr Ratan Tata or his family members are minority shareholders. A truely rare quality when most of the founders want to keep the large chunk of the stake. This is what’s make TATAS , a truely great organization. ✅So folks do you agree? What qualities of Tatas could you share ? Any stories or incidents with respect to Tatas. Please do share in comments box. Photo Courtesy- Internet

Edvenswa 2.0: A New Beginning with a Customer-First Approach On this day of Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary, we reflect on his profound understanding of service and humility. As he once expressed, “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.” This timeless wisdom reminds us that the customer is not a mere distraction, but the very reason for our existence is an essential truth that lies at the core of every successful and enduring enterprise. As I reflect on Edvenswa Enterprises's journey, one thing stands out: our unwavering commitment to the customer. To achieve true success, every innovation, every service, and every solution we offer must be designed with the customer’s needs at the forefront. In line with Gandhi’s wisdom, we understand that it’s not just about delivering products or services but it’s about creating meaningful experiences that solve real challenges and open new opportunities. At Edvenswa, we don’t just see our customers as part of the business, they are the heart of it. This philosophy has been the driving force behind our growth and will continue to guide us as we work to exceed expectations, create lasting value, and build deeper, more impactful partnerships in every endeavor we pursue. #Edvenswa #CustomerFirst #TechAndTrust #Leadership #Transformation #MahatmaGandhi #Gandhi #GandhiJi

*WIN CASH PRIZES WORTH 10 LAKH +* *Viksit Bharat@2047* History gives every country a period when it advances its development journey manifold. In a way, this is the golden age (Amritkaal) of that country. This is the golden age (Amritkaal) for India. This is the period in India's history when the country is going to take a quantum leap. There are examples of many such countries around us, which have developed themselves by taking a similar quantum leap in a given time. That is why I say; this is the right time for India as well. We have to take advantage of every moment of this golden age; we should not waste even a single moment. Idea Submission Link:-https://lnkd.in/di_Eq92Z

***One Chai Please : An Ode to Innovation Culture in India*** Today Morning, I was really glad to see @williamhgates / Gates Foundation India post on innovation culture in India ( https://lnkd.in/gnkYMP5A ). Being an Innovation led Product Growth advocate, it made me swell in pride & led me back to the origin of this journey #cuttack where it all began. Growing up in small cities like cuttack ( a city of #odisha ) had its own charm. You grow up in an environment amongst people who are living with basic needs but are always "passionate" and "hungry" for growth and success. Every other person / kid you meet, would have an "kuch karna hai"/"Lets do something" attitude which propels the passion for innovation. Right from twitching home made antennas on rooftops to watch your favourite set of programmes on TV to self fixing fans and bulbs at home, until learning to ride oversized bicycles in a crude fashion, we had the burning desire to fulfil our needs by any means. Each gully, each house & each family adds a distinctness to upbringing which adds the variety & uniqueness to each "jugaad"/ "impromptu innovation". For example, i grew up seeing my father (Dr N.C. Pati, Retd. Chemistry Professor) doing research on "grafting bio-degradable polymers" in small labs using makeshift stoves, and having more than 15 renowned papers published across the world in the 80's.( https://lnkd.in/gtV6UUEe ). The passionate need to survive, sustain & grow inspite of all odds not often does wonders, but also builds the basic foundation of innovation at every corner. Lets bring forth our uniqueness, add a dash of "jugaadu masala"to create a new recipe to create new wavess of #innovationculture not only in India but in the whole world. 💹 What do you say? #productinnovation #productmanagment #linkedinforcreators #odishanews #chaipecharcha
