This technique aligns with your brain’s natural energy cycles, keeping you sharp and efficient. 3️⃣𝐒𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Focus on one task at a time.
