When you are 40+ and you consider how to move to the next chapter of your life. You need to consider those are two moves not one. You need to know what are you letting go and why❓ What defines you in the current position❓ Is it: influence, managing a team, power, money, job security, title, predictability, your development, network you have, or any other❓ Why you need to investigate those aspects❓ ✅When you start new career, you may not have instantly or not at all, what you thought was defining you so far. And get at peace with it. ✅Letting go of what you considered important for yourself in the first career will help you to move on. How to let go❓ 🌓Answer few questions which only initially seem easy: Who am I? Why those aspects define me? Can I live without them? How am I going to replace what matters now? Personally, the hardest for me was to let go of the fact I managed and developed my organization. I knew I am moving to work with individual clients. But I realized I love so much when my client has a breakthrough in a session that it is compensating what I am letting go. ☀️Focusing on who you are and knowing why you move to the new chapter and how it will enrich you will help the exit from your current position. If you need help to do so. Let’s connect and we will go through this journey together.

Odpuszczanie tego, co uważaliśmy za ważne, co nas definiuje chyba jest najtrudniejszym krokiem otwierającym nas na nową perspektywę. :)

9moI don't know how to be a 40+, but there is very intersting theory by Erik Ericson about "next chapter" about 35-40 age, when everything is going to change in ourselves. I think is very important to know, that it will hapned to us and tht's normal. :)
