Improving your sales pitching skills is a journey of growth 🌱 It involves practising, reflecting, and learning continuously. Here’s how to level up your sales pitch efforts: ✅ Study successful pitches Learn from pros! Observe techniques, storytelling, language use, and structure of successful pitches in your field. Apply their insights to upgrade your pitch. ✅ Know your product/service Develop a deep understanding of your product or service, its features, benefits, and unique selling points. Be knowledgeable about how it solves your prospect’s problems. ✅ Practice regularly Improve your delivery and message. Practice in front of a mirror, record yourself or role-play with a colleague. Focus on tone, body language, and clarity. ✅ Seek feedback Ask mentors or peers for input on your pitch. Take on board their suggestions and then implement the necessary improvements. ✅Embrace rejections View rejections as opportunities to learn and grow. Reflect on what you could’ve done differently or better. List the objections or concerns your prospects raised. Then, develop messaging to handle them better in future. After you've sent that proposal and successfully got the prospect to book a call. Making a slide presentation of your idea is one of the most effective ways of conveying your idea. Here are 3 psychological tips you can apply during your presentation to make your prospect more agreeable: NOTE: This is are tips on how to communicate your value proposition from a place of competence and not from a place of trying to trick out a YES. You must be actually good at what you say you will do, else, you'll likely get a NO! Incompetence can be smelt from a mile off.✍️ 1. Mirroring ✍️ Try to subtly match the decision maker's body language, tone, and way of speaking. This can help build a sense of connection and make them feel more comfortable with you. 2. Highlight Rarity - Selling Point✍️ Point out the unique benefits and any limited availability of what you’re offering. When people think something is rare or exclusive, they’re more likely to see its value and agree with you. 3. Use Examples - Proof-Of-Work ✍️ Share success stories, testimonials, or endorsements from others who have benefited from what you’re proposing. Seeing that others have had a good experience can make the decision maker more likely to say yes. I remain your favorite Business Development Manager, hell bent on teaching people how to make irresistible offers. GOOD AFTERNOON ✍️

Affects 0f Prospects/Employee Fear Did you know studies have shown that “Fear Motivations”, in the mind of a prospect or an employee can create Psychological Blocks, which cause that person to have a closed mind? This means in sales, they will not be able to relate to your presentation or as my dad use to say, “It goes in one ear and out the other”. Actually, what is being said just does not register in their mined, and so there is no value in that which you are presenting or saying. Fear has the same effect on employees who are not sure of themselves. This can cause poor response to any instructions or in developing skills. Being aware of this problem in a sales situation, you can open the mind up with questions on how your product or service might best be of value in areas of their life. For employee, give instructions in question format, “Can you see how we need this project done this way, ect.” and look for a positive response to make sure there is understanding. To do this you must have knowledge of each person's wants, needs and desires, and voice the questions on how they might satisfy them. Conquer fear and productivity increases! If you're just starting a new business and struggling to find clients, here's some advice: Firstly, cold calling and messaging hundreds of people might not be the best approach. It can annoy people who don't know you, and most of them won't respond. Some folks get clients this way, but they're usually really good at what they do and have their own special methods they don't share. A better idea is to focus on improving your skills and approach. Don't just send random messages. Spend time learning about your industry, make your profile, portfolio, and case studies top-notch, and create helpful content. Communication is key, so work on being a great communicator. It takes a lot of time and effort to get good at something. You'll need to keep learning and practicing for months or even years. But as you get better, people will notice. Your confidence will show in your face, body language, and even in your messages. People can tell when someone is really good at what they do. So keep learning, keep practicing, and you'll get there! #business #successbusiness #skill #b2b #b2bbusiness #b2bsuccess #b2bmarketingstrategy #b2bmarketing

Getting a knowledgeable, engaging, and experienced SKO speaker is hard enough. Now how do you get your team to implement the new strategies?! Here's our advice for setting your team up for success before and after the big day: 1. A full day of training can be...a lot. Setting up 1:1 reinforcement and refreshers is incredibly helpful. The human brain can only remember so much (especially when it's filled with important knowledge like the Sims cheat code and your third grade best friend's phone number!) 2. Do your KPIs, SPIFs, etc. incorporate the new teachings? If you're trying to create a new habit but that habit contradicts the results that your team is measured on, there's going to be some friction there. 3. Did you try to squeeze a whole new 32-step methodology in and expect your team to completely uproot everything they've known until this point? We find that revamping your sales *foundations* and providing a small list of tangible changes have much higher adoption and success rates! 4. Hire #samsales! What?? Who said that? 😇 (But for real, if you want to beat the masses to get on our schedule...peep the deets below and DM us to chat.)
