DO YOU LOVE YOUR JOB? I ❤️ my job. It allows me to meet incredibly interesting people. I get to know new ones, but also reconnect with old friends. Last week, I met up with Aleksandar Arsic after 7 years. We used to work together in a corporation, and then Aleksandar decided to start his own company and do what he loves most, which is Industry Automation. We enjoyed our conversation and shared our visions, which is to have a #global impact in each of our fields of work. Then Aleksandar told me about his success, that he has already made a mark on the global stage. His company, ELPLANT, contributed to the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) project in New York. ELPLANT's involvement in this project represents a significant milestone in their portfolio, showcasing their expertise in automation and machine control innovations. The PAC project demonstrates ELPLANT's ability to integrate advanced technologies into complex venues, merging art with cutting-edge engineering solutions. This story with Aleksandar emphasizes the importance of loving the job we do. Sometimes, uncovering that inner strength and creating a vision can be challenging, but it is the key to finding satisfaction at work. Although stepping out of the #comfortzone can be daunting, that leap into the unknown, towards the growth zone, can bring immense joy. Aleksandar and I experienced this and realized that stepping out of the comfort zone pays off. The journey may be uncertain and unpredictable, but it brings deep satisfaction. When we achieve that balance, we live with a high level of internal peace and contentment.
