As I shut down the office for 2023 I wanted to say a final thank you to our clients and collaborators for what we’ve achieved in 2023. I've so enjoyed our strategic work together, enabling you to move purposefully into your new worlds. Whether it's the frameworks for bringing together diverse humans in thriving co-leadership models, the expansiveness of future imaginings for whole communities or the blueprints for the next five years of organisations or individual artist life plans. I've loved helping you convert triangular organisational models into embodied circular structures and processes. To help you distill and centre your First Nations ways of doing and being in constructs that aren't always synergistic. I've thoroughly enjoyed the successes you've had in implementing your global plans to market, in welcome back international audiences after the COVID shut down years. Together we've discussed your challenges, articulated changes of direction and developed ways of overcoming challenges. But most of all I've loved those ah ha moments, those sessions where new discoveries come to the surface, where individuals and organisations breathe out the adrenaline fuelled reactivity of the past few years and walk forward with the confidence of a board and exec united by their values and empowered to achieve their goals.
