Helping to create an education ecosystem that helps all Coloradans achieve economic mobility.

Last week, Colorado Succeeds members and partners came together to talk about how we support more companies in adopting career-connected learning so we create broader pathways to high-quality careers for more Coloradans. My main takeaway: You need executives who believe it's their responsibility to develop their people and workforce and invest in the programs and the culture change required. Jared Polis, Colorado's Governor, is demonstrating what that looks like across state government. It's great to see what the administration has already accomplished and what they will accomplish in response to these new goals! I hope we continue to see Colorado businesses follow! #workforcedevelopment #careerdevelopment #careerconnectedlearning
