Hi, are you wondering how I set the concept for hotel? First, of course you'll look at your own hotel. You see actually what kind of rooms are there large rooms? Can you put in an extra bag? Are there rather small rooms? What would be the kind of client which would really love this hotel? There might be an even negative points, but try to turn it around to see which kind of clients would actually enjoy that facilities for example. The next is I do actually research as a client who for example comes with the family. What kind of hotel pop up? Because sometimes they are my for me not be actually really competitor, but their market themselves and from a clients from abroad there would exactly see it in that way. Next is I speak to a travel agent to see a little bit what they are think of our competitor and then I go as well to the OTA's. When you Scroll down either in your own hotel when you have it already open or from a competitor hotel, you see below which hotel has the client looked at but booked for another hotel. That keeps you as well another idea of competitor set and sometimes you don't have the same concept for retail market then you have for wholesale. Of our groups. And of course visitors when the hotels that gives you more information and then during this day when the client is at your hotel, speak to the clients about where did you, which hotel did you consider before you booked actually our hotel.
