🤝 In collaboration with Morgan Stanley’s Legal and Compliance Division – Women’s Inclusion Network, Katten hosted a digital detox workshop. 📴 The program explored the impact of digital connectivity on our mental health, how 24/7 technology access affects our ability to recharge, and provided strategies for effective recharging tailored to high-performance lifestyles. I started my Roundtable events last year because I wanted to create a more open dialogue for Advisors who work with UHNW clients. I believe that we can help one another to create new and different approaches to serving our clients whilst being mindful of the emerging challenges in the world and the stresses they bring. Wealth can create unique difficulties that impact on the future generations. I want to bridge conversations that make talking about Purpose, Family Dispute, Illness, Relationships and Mental Health easier. I have so much gratitude for those who share their expertise and experiences in the group and collaboratively share with one another in the interest of raising the collective knowledge. Our sessions are not recorded in the interest of preserving the privacy of those attending. Last night the topics ranged from creating a safe space to discuss personal and professional difficulties with your clients to understanding the specific concerns that affect G1 to G2, G2 to G3 inheritors and the importance of talking about wealth with children.
