In Brussels for the COGEN EUROPE Annual Conference. An upbeat tone to proceedings so far, which is analysing how Europe can decarbonise and in turn be globally competitive by approaching the question from four standpoints: policy; technology; consumers and investment. So far we’ve heard how a smarter, flexible and holistic approach to energy can break silos, provide clarity and unlock untapped potential.

🔋 In the week of the 4th-9th of November, a "week of the heatpump" was held all across Germany. Our project partner Energy Agency of Northern Bavaria (Energieagentur Nordbayern) was responsible for the organization in Franconia. 👥🌍The events were open for everyone with an interest in heat pumps. In presentations, interactive workshops and best-practice-examples, citizens could get profound and fact-based knowledge about the technique, frameworks and funding options. A special focus was led on the installstion of heat pumps within renovstion projects. On a marked of possibilities, everyone could get in touch with regional producers, energy advisors and other relevant experts. EANB held two main events in Kulmbach and Erlangen reaching a total of over 1200 citizens🚀 On top, 8 smaller events were meant for local authorities, networking among the experts and information about specific topics. 🎇The positive reception in Franconia showed that the events helped 📚You can find out more about the week of the heatpump in Franconia here: https://lnkd.in/exnR56rh https://lnkd.in/epZRkj_W #weekoftheheatpump #energyefficiency #MESTRI #MESTRICE #Interreg #Interregce #CentralEurope #Euproject #smartdatamanagement #sustainablebuildingstandard #greenfinancing North West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency (REGEA) | e7 energy innovation & engineering | Agentur für Energie Südtirol - KlimaHaus | Energieagentur Nordbayern | Mazowiecka Agencja Energetyczna | Jožef Stefan Institut, Energy Efficiency Centre | IPOPEMA | Zelena energetska zadruga (ZEZ) | Zagreb Stock Exchange | Energie Agentur Steiermark MESTRI-CE Interreg Central Europe – a project of Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme, Co-funded by the European Union

Great job guys! We're proud of you!! But… just a moment… what is CONTINEWM® technology? CONTINEWM® is a multi patented energy-saving air treatment for HVAC systems (for cooling and heating), sustainably manufactured in Japan by Professor Ryuji Sakai laboratories. It reduces electricity costs by 25% through Static Elimination Technology, FIR and negative ions contribution. CONTINEWM® technology neutralizes electrostatic charges, optimizes heat exchange, and can be installed in any HVAC units without requiring modifications to the machine or special maintenance. And which kind of returning clients of this technology can we mention? …the biggest e-commerce institution we all use, along with various factories of one of the most popular red labeled soda, not to mention luxury resorts, manufacturing facilities, office complexes, Embassies and diplomatic missions, huge hotels groups and real estate companies: whoever have adopted CONTINEWM® Nets technology for energy conservation and air purification demonstrate a genuine commitment to maximizing their financial returns while embracing sustainability. Through the implementation of CONTINEWM® Nets, these establishments not only secure a competitive edge by significantly reducing energy expenses and improving indoor air quality but also enhancing their environmental footprint, for the good of the Planet and… for the good of their marketing and of their balance sheet ;) By integrating CONTINEWM® Net with any air conditioner, regardless of the model, you can enhance it with the efficiency of a high-quality air purifier. This eliminates the necessity of purchasing a separate air ionizer, which, incidentally, tends to consume more energy. What sets CONTINEWM® Net apart is its swift ROI, generally ranging from 1 to 3 years. In contrast, alternatives such as solar panels might need between 5 to 7 years before they start generating energy savings. And they are not sustainably produced. Furthermore, CONTINEWM® Net is low-maintenance as it doesn't rely on any mechanical or electronic components, saving businesses both time and money. For additional information and to view some of our clientele, please visit: www.continewm.net In cooperation with: Sustainable Energy Saving Technologies by CONTINEWM® Asia Nets. Have you got your tickets for PTAANZ’s 2024 Annual Conference and Gala Dinner yet? Don’t miss your chance to be part of the “Transport Revolution” in Sydney on 23 October. We’re thrilled to announce another featured speaker, Dr Ben McGarry, Principal – Decarbonisation at Aurecon, this year’s Platinum Sponsor, who will explore what the transport sector can learn from other industries’ decarbonisation journeys. The urgency of addressing climate change is only accelerating, with the need to reduce emissions touching every corner of our economy. While the electricity sector has seen unprecedented upheaval, racing ahead with solar, wind and storage wiping out the economics of fossil fuels, hard-to-abate sectors are struggling to set and deliver emissions reduction measures on meaningful timeframes. But whatever the industry, we see the headwinds and tailwinds for carbon abatement following four themes: ✳ Race for capacity ✳ Balancing the business case ✳ Reassessing risk appetite (planning for a bumpy ride) ✳ Flexibility as a superpower. Why should we be looking closely at smelting, haul trucks, data centres and aviation when we think about decarbonising public transport? You can find out more in Ben's enlightening presentation. Other program highlights will include: ➡ Sally Stannard, Director-General of the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads and PTAANZ Chair, on the future of public transport. ➡ Bernt Reitan Jenssen, CEO of Ruter As, sharing lessons from the Norwegian capital region's world-leading journey with transport electrification and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). ➡ Tim Parker, CEO of Australia's High Speed Rail Authority (Australia), leading a panel discussion on the transformations, economic development and community impacts of high speed rail projects around the world. Visit the website to find out more about this dynamic program and to secure your tickets: https://lnkd.in/g9pinhp2 #PTAANZ #PublicTransport #Conference #PTAANZconference #TransportRevolution #Decarbonisation #ChampionTheFuture
