Although AI can do a lot of heavy lifting and yes, automation can remove a task from an individual, in theory we can automate an entire position, but at this time the human element is so important, at least from a management level. We can build an AI CMO or Marketing Coordinator automation that handles XYZ, but there will be a need for some supervision. Updates happen and so do bugs, unfortunately. At bare minimum, someone needs to make sure the engine is still on, but we can get damn close. I can more comfortably say that AI can prevent the need to hire more staff but better support the staff you currently have.
