Congratulations to Dr. Phil Neal on his new role as the Acting Executive Vice President and Provost for KCTCS! 🎉 Dr. Neal has been a dedicated leader at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College in Bowling Green for the past 11 years, bringing over 30 years of experience in higher education to this new position. His impressive contributions include chairing the KCTCS Academic Council, serving on national boards, and being a finalist for the 2024 AACC CEO of the Year Award.
