It's hard to believe that our family company will be celebrating its 80th Anniversary this year (Since 1944).   The last 3 months have been a turbulent time in the Die Sets, Plate, Parallels, and Custom Fabrications market segment. We have seen a 100-year-old manufacture in this segment close their doors (Superior Die Set), and needless to say, this has caused a “ripple effect” through the 5 states we are Blessed to service (MO / IL / KS / IA / NE). But it is in these times of change, we (Lee Horneyer Company) felt it imperative to take a hard “look in the mirror” in the trust and value we are offering to our marketplace in this segment (Die Sets, Plate, Parallels, and Custom Fabrications).   Lee Horneyer Company (Since 1944) is proud to introduce a company that is “that” (On time… As Promised… At a Cost In Line With Fair Market Value), but so much more…..

Trade Show booths don't "just happen". Go behind the scenes at every show, & you will find a lot of exhausted exhbitors. There's no air conditioning or heat, the noise from the fork lifts, hammers, saws is deafening. You have to maneuver the aisles very carefully & often strategically with most aisles blocked with giant pallets. I often set up my booth myself and "hand-carry" everything in to avoid drayage & shipping fees. I create a makeshift ladder (shhhh...don't tell show management) by putting a chair next to the table to hang my banner. (that also explains why it's not perfectly hung). The joy on my face when the vendor next to me is really tall & can help take it down at the end of a show. (There's purposely never video of me getting up/down from that table). It's all worth it to be able to connect with Specialty Retailers, sales reps & other manufacturers, who have become friends over the years. #babypaper #tradeshow ASTRA
