With a $20,000 grant from Keep America Beautiful®, Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful is partnering with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission to implement the Cigarette Litter Prevention Program (CLPP) at up to 17 service plazas across the state! https://lnkd.in/eiZdxpBi

In support of projects focused on native tree plantings in local communities, Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful, in partnership with The The GIANT Company Company, awarded more than $100,000 in funding to 32 Healing the Planet grant recipients. Through this program, more than 3,000 new trees will be planted in the coming months! We are proud to provide the funds to Pennsylvania organizations to plant native trees and honored to continue our partnership with The The GIANT Company Company. We are excited to partner with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission to implement the Cigarette Litter Prevention Program (CLPP) at multiple service plazas across the state with a $20,000 grant received from Keep America Beautiful®. Ash receptacles will be installed at the entrance to buildings and other transition points, portable pocket ashtrays will be distributed to adult smokers and Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful will provide educational messaging about the consequences of cigarette and other tobacco-related litter for displaying at participating service plazas. https://lnkd.in/egrCa3xc
