Morning Brew had some interesting articles today. The first highlighted a handful of people debating the value of DEI initiatives. The second is about a corporation that has increased its revenue 10x in the past 4 years by leveraging an untapped market demographic. Today the company witnessed customers lining up to purchase its newly released products and selling out in minutes. Coincidence? - Not A Chance. In my opinion, this is the value of DEI initiatives. I'm excited to share that my team, Srujan, and I successfully completed the LCG Project! This project involved providing consultancy and solutions to a local juice shop, Juice Bar, to help them overcome business challenges. During this project, we: Boosted word-of-mouth promotion: We helped Juice Bar develop strategies to spread positive word-of-mouth and attract new customers. Expanded their offerings: We suggested introducing more snacks and packaged cold drinks to cater to a wider audience. Enhanced their marketing: We designed eye-catching posters to promote Juice Bar's products and services. Improved customer experience: We provided them with sitting tables and suggested for the addition of sitting tables, by this we aimed to create a more inviting atmosphere for customers. Strengthened customer relations: We provided valuable tips on building strong relationships with Juice Bar's clientele. Ensured hygiene: We offered guidance on maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for a positive customer experience. This project provided invaluable real-world experience in problem-solving and tackling real business challenges. It has been an incredible learning journey!
