As the year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on everything that’s happened. Honestly, I started the year without clear goals. Along the way, I set them some I smashed, others I completely missed but that’s life. This year hasn’t been about perfection... It’s been about learning. If you’re feeling like you didn’t achieve much, take a moment. Don’t write this year off. Look at it as the year you learned some tough lessons. The wins might not be obvious, but if you’re still standing, still showing up, that’s a win in itself 😁 It’s easy to compare when others share their highlights, but your journey is uniquely yours. Some days, just making it through is an accomplishment. Celebrate that. This year might not have turned out how you hoped, but it’s shaped you, taught you, and made you stronger. Take those lessons, leave the self-doubt behind, and give yourself some well-earned credit. You made it through, and that’s enough. Next year, you’ll bring everything you’ve learned and grow even more. Here’s to resilience, growth, and a brighter 2025. As the year winds down, I always take time to pause, reflect, and take stock. If you’re anything like me, you’ve spent most of this year looking forward —chasing goals, solving the many problems we face and often times stuck in the day to day. But here’s the thing: you accomplished way more than you probably realize. I started a habit a few years ago that’s made a big difference: at the end of every year, I write down three lists: Wins: Projects completed, skills gained, and milestones reached. Challenges: Tough moments that tested me—and what I learned from them. Gratitude: People who supported me and moments that reminded me why I do what I do. This simple exercise reminds me of how far I’ve come, even in the busiest, most chaotic years. Often, we don’t see the impact we’ve had until we take a moment to reflect. So here’s my challenge to you: Take time to celebrate your wins, big or small. Look back at the moments where you surprised yourself. Write it down, share it with a friend/mentor, or keep it as a reminder of what you’re capable of. To everyone I’ve worked with this year—thank you. Here’s to an even more impactful year ahead. 5 Years in Business: A Journey of Growth, Resilience, and Gratitude Reaching this 5-year milestone feels surreal. It’s been a journey full of highs and lows, victories and challenges. But looking back, I can honestly say that every single moment has been worth it. Five years ago, I was a different person—driven, yes, but unaware of the depth of resilience, hard work, and adaptability this path would demand. I’ve grown in ways I never imagined. I’ve learned that true strength isn’t about never falling; it’s about getting up every time you do. It’s about embracing change, learning from it, and continuing to move forward. But if there’s one lesson that stands above all, it’s the importance of the people you surround yourself with. The support of my team, the trust of our customers, and the collaboration with our suppliers have been the backbone of this journey. They’ve been the ones keeping me grounded, focused, and, most importantly, sane. I am deeply grateful for each of you. Your belief in this vision has been the fuel that kept us going, even when the road was tough. As we celebrate this milestone, I know we’re just getting started. Forget making long term "Resolutions" for 2025! Just make a few "commitments to start"... Have you ever tried to: * Learn a new language? * Learn a new sport? * Learn how to play an instrument? * Learn to paint or sculpt? * Learn to cook? Any of those is just like launching a startup... You don't expect to be great right away... You don't even expect to be good right away... But you also know that if you have made the decision, the early results are just your starting point. And that sucking in the beginning means that you can only improve! So go out and suck at something in 2025 that you want to improve in! 💪 😎

This year was a journey. I tried my best, gave it my all, and pushed through moments I never thought I’d face. I cried when things got tough, lost battles I hoped to win, but also tasted the sweetness of victory in ways that surprised me. Through it all, one thing stands out: I achieved success. Not just in accomplishments, but also in growth. I learned a lot about myself, about life, and about resilience. Every experience, be it joyful or painful, shaped me into someone stronger, wiser, and more prepared for what’s ahead of me. As this year comes to a close, I’m filled with gratitude, not just for the wins, but for the lessons in the losses too. They taught me patience, perspective, and how important perseverance isq.
