We don't need anything, but our son and his platoon and their reserves need whatever they can get because 360,000 reservists called up now, means the army logistics isn't going to get everyone their kits, equipment, or necessities, even food, all at once. This is a list of some ways you can help donate from wherever you are in the world. 1) This is from our synagogue. I got my Linkedin and Facebook accounts disabled. Facebook still is not back. They could learn a lot from Linkedin about these situations. LinkedIn handled it very well. I provided what they needed and my account is back online. I asked for more details so I could alert others to what may have happened, and I await further info from LinkedIn. There are 2 ways this might have happened I think.

Competitive intelligence people had better pay attention to what happened in Lebanon just now. #CI top player level. You spook your competitors so much that they demand that everyone not use cell phones and rely on pagers. You somehow arrange to provide them with their customized bulk order for this purpose. You then wait for your moment, like Hannibal Lechter does in Silence of the Lambs, for the optimum time with little effort.

CI(Competitive Intelligence) people, Crowdstrike, how many of you thought.... What if this was done as a publicity stunt? One in poor taste, but what if they did it because customers did not want to pay for a DEV environment? Crowdstrike gets publicity(any is better than none), a huge amount of companies use them, and now that it is known, they also show why people need them and possibly why Microsoft is not that great of an option, especially around Windows and security. Just my thinking, aside from the fact that they will blame QA and/or some intern. Now, as a CI person, how many of you in the security/MSP/IT Services space have jumped on this and found your list of new prospects? You got handed GOLD today! If it isn't 'your job" to cull the name of every entity that had issues, whose job is it? Get moving, get people to do this, now! This is what CI people live, wait, and plan for. #CI
