The answers to these questions will give you the approach needed to determine where the HR team needs to guide the organization in the arenas of Talent Acquisition, Training/Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, etc. Operational leadership must work with HR hand in hand to address shortcomings and areas of opportunity.
