Fun Fact Ep. 4 Absolutely! Coconuts have what are commonly referred to as "eyes." These "eyes" are actually three small indentations or soft spots on the surface of the coconut. They are sometimes called "germination pores." These spots are where the coconut seed can sprout and send out roots and shoots when conditions are right, allowing a new coconut palm tree to grow.
