Collaborating with a hiring leader who shares your vision is like finding the perfect dance partner. I recently had the privilege of partnering with a seasoned Accounting executive brought on to help a SaaS company ramp for a potential IPO. Having previously placed him in a role, we had a solid foundation of trust and understanding. He needed critical roles filled quickly – Head of Technical Accounting, Revenue, and Tax – not an easy feat in the competitive Bay Area market. Our shared commitment to excellence and deep understanding of the company's culture enabled us to move swiftly. Within 6-9 months, we doubled the size of his team with exceptional talent. The result? Their first Big Four audit was a resounding success, with no material weaknesses. But it doesn't stop there. Three years later, 95% of the team remains in place – a testament to the strength of the individuals we brought together and the leadership they found within the organization. Now, it’s your turn. Do you have ambitious goals for your accounting team? Are you looking to build a team that can not only weather the challenges of an IPO but also thrive for years to come? Let's talk. I'd love to hear your story and discuss how a collaborative partnership with a specialized recruiter can help you achieve your vision. 📧 adri@triple-source.com or connect with me on LinkedIn. Let's create a winning team together!

Accelerating Team Expansion for Accounting & Finance Leaders Through Targeted Recruitment of Top Talent || Founder @ JL Recruitment Group
"We cannot find anyone for this accounting position." A client came to us, exasperated that they couldn't find the right candidate for an open accounting role. The hiring manager had been searching for months. She described her frustrations of interviewing candidate after candidate, only to have them fall short of expectations or turn down the offer. As we dug deeper, an interesting pattern emerged. Their company offered an incredible array of benefits and perks that made them a highly attractive employer. But for some reason, she wasn't emphasizing these during the interview process. Among the gems candidates missed out on: - Generous retirement contributions - Fully paid health/dental/vision insurance - Unlimited PTO - Free meals and snacks - On-site gym and wellness programs - Tuition reimbursement ...and more! Once we coached her on showcasing the full employee value proposition, the tides turned quickly. Candidates who previously felt the role was "just another accounting job" immediately saw the opportunity in a new light. Within a week, Sarah had her top candidate accept the position. By simply being transparent about all the amazing benefits from day one, she attracted the perfect person for the role. The lesson? When you're competing for top talent, don't hold back on selling what makes your company an exceptional place to work. The smallest details can sway a candidate one way or another. If you've been struggling to fill a role, we'd be happy to listen and advise how to position it more effectively. Reach out today! #recruiting #interviewtips #accoutning #finance

Something is happening… I’ve been in staffing for almost a decade, and the majority of that time has been specialized in recruiting for finance & accounting. There is a lot to my story & how I’ve gotten to where I am. I believe each person has a story just like mine but also wholly different. The past few months have been filled with truly remarkable humans somehow coming into my orbit. And not just accounting & finance people. $500k/year executives, $25/hour assistants, lawyers, sales professionals, organizational development directors, project managers, government gurus, marketing directors, tech professionals… And they’ve all had one thing in common that makes them remarkable: raw authenticity. Real people, real stories, impressive work histories, and truly outstanding soft skills. I haven’t been seeking these folks out. We just keep finding each other. Referrals. LinkedIn connections. Comments on a post. So… I might need to change my tag line. I may not say I'm specialized in finance & accounting anymore. I may just need to say, “I can find you an outstanding, remarkable human…” because that is what my work world has been overflowing with lately. I believe people flow in & out of our lives for a reason… I’m not sure what the reason is for all of these amazing people coming into my work life is yet… I’ve been in recruiting long enough to know this many incredible people, this wide of a range of people… all being highly intelligent, highly emotionally aware… it’s just not normal to happen at this volume. I think part of it is Jobot. This company attracts great talent, both internally that we hire and externally that we place. I'm so grateful to work somewhere that is focused on kindness & respect. It's authentic here, and authenticity draws people in. So. Something is happening. I just don’t know what yet. And I am darn excited to see what it is…

I transform disorganized accounting departments into high-performance, cross-functional teams, ensuring precision and efficiency in every system I implement.
Accounting: where it’s not just about crunching numbers, but knowing which numbers to crunch and how to crunch them! When you pay for an hour of accounting work, you’re not paying for a calculator and a spreadsheet. You’re paying for: ➟ Years of dodging ‘creative math’ like Neo in The Matrix. ➟ The power to balance a balance sheet without balancing on thin ice. ➟ Knowing that one misplaced decimal can create chaos worthy of a Netflix thriller. Sure, you’re paying for an hour—but really, you’re buying a decade of ‘nope, that’s not how debits work.’ Experts: making math (and your business) add up since forever! Thank you Shulin Lee

The value of expertise is NOT in the minutes you see. It’s in the years behind it… When you pay for 30 minutes of work, you’re not paying for just the time. You’re paying for: ➟ Years of sharpening their skills. ➟ Countless hours mastering their craft. ➟ A lifetime of hard-earned lessons & experience. Let me show you: 1/ When you pay a Lawyer. You’re really paying for: ↳ Years mastering the law. ↳ Thousands of hours on deals & cases. ↳ Their ability to win in minutes, built on years of legal fights. 2/ When you pay a Recruiter. You’re really paying for: ↳ Years spent building a trusted network of talent. ↳ Quick, decisive hiring, backed by people expertise. ↳ Minutes to land the perfect hire, thanks to relationships. 3/ When you pay a Consultant. Resumé Writer + LinkedIn Profile Expert + Executive Recruiter 💼 --> Serving CFOs, CEOs, COOs & MORE!
Secret hiring hack for finance executives: Applying for a role through the job description application process ensures only one thing... You're not getting hired. Here's why: The traditional application process is a black hole. Your resumé, no matter how polished, is just one in a sea of hundreds, maybe thousands. It's easy to get lost, overlooked, or dismissed by algorithms before a human eye ever sees it. But there's a better way. Direct outreach to the hiring manager on LinkedIn isn’t just effective; it's essential. This approach transforms you from a name on a screen to a proactive professional, eager and ready to contribute. Why this works: Visibility: Direct contact ensures your resumé lands in front of the person who makes the hiring decisions, not just the gatekeepers. Personal Touch: A personalized message can highlight your fit for the role in a way that a standard application can't. Proactivity Shows: Reaching out directly showcases your initiative and determination – qualities every company desires in a leader. And remember: During times of unemployment, investing in your resumé is not an expense; it's your most crucial investment. Every week without a job is not just a missed paycheck; it's a missed opportunity for growth, experience, and achieving your career goals. So, before you click "apply" on that job listing, ask yourself: Am I ready to take control of my job search, or will I let another opportunity pass me by? The choice is yours. Stand out, take initiative, and make sure your application doesn’t just get seen—it gets noticed.
